Cream wool sleeveless dress by comme des garcons, from spring summer 1996. Has round neck, with shaping through waist and flare through to hem. Elaborate paneling across the torso and back has been used to create a large, bulbous, three dimensional (3D) protrusion at the chest. This '3D chest bulge' has been further accentuated by a blue section (some kind of powder coat?), which seems to have been printed over the chest area after the garment has been constructed. You can see the same dress (but with green print/coating rather than blue) worn by kate moss on the SS1996 runway (see pictures 7, 16-19).

Decent condition, with rubbing off to blue powder coating, several small marks, minor fraying/small tear near armhole (see picture 8).
